This is an engaging yoga class for kids ages 3-6.
Through gentle yoga, breathing exercises and storytelling children develop strength, focus and body awareness.
All in a fun and supportive environment.
*The classes are taught in English. But it is not a necessity for your child to speak it.
*Parents are welcome to stay but are not obliged.
This course will run for 8 weeks.
