This yoga class is ideal for those that are
• trying to conceive
• in 1st trimester of pregnancy (with midwife approval)
• in the 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy
• in postnatal period
This class will help you
• connect with your baby
• prepare for childbirth
• tone important muscles pre and post pregnancy
No prior yoga experience is needed.
The classes are tailored for pregnancy and postnatal stages to ensure safety.
This course will run for 8 weeks (possible extension will be announced later)
